Those aren't weird reactions to things at all. It sounds perfectly logical for someone who has been abused. The coldness sounds like a body memory. Once you walk through it promising to protect and comfort yourself (believing it) this will all go away again as the memory turns into a regular memory.
Are you in counseling? Are you in a support group? Both of those can help to process the memories.
One thing that helped me through mine was a comforting mantra my shrink gave me. I'd chant it until the feelings faded.
"That was then, this is now. I'm safe now."
Hang in there. This is temporary. (((((((((((((((safe gentle hugs))))))))))))))

Good. It's important to have support to get through the processing.
I've been through mine and have been on the other side of it for a long time. It does get better. Life is so incredibly better now than before the memories came back because I'm complete. There are no missing pieces that haunt me anymore.
Oh! I almost forgot! I also had a lovely stuffed bunny for security. I slept with it every night and took it to my shrink appointments and support group. Hugging it made me feel so much safer.
