Schmoopy always works for Christmas fic. That is, like, the one time a year when I just want all the fluff in the world so I can smile and feel all warm inside.

I still can't get over how well you get inside their heads and their relationship. Because they're best friends first and always, so they know each other, and that makes both of them so vulnerable with each other but yet beyond comfortable.

On the stoop outside her door, he reaches for her, pulls her to him just so he can breathe in her warmth and make it his own.

At their sides, his fingers tangle with hers. She doesn’t let go.

Oh, this is gorgeous prose! The quietness of it all, yet sprinkled with their playful banner. I like how this is all in Harvey's head and the thought process in realizing he has been in love this entire time. I can so see this happening on the show!!! Squeeeeee.
