Is American Horror Story any good? 
It looks interesting but if it's not scary I don't want to know.

I've never watched it. Actually I don't even think I get the channel, but i've heard great things about it. Heard it was really scary! I've seen clips from talk shows and it looks creepy and wierd

Yeah, but see I don't usually believe all the hype and sometimes the ad's make something look a lot scarier than it is and I know you are a wuss (:P) but I like thing's to really scare me hehehe

It's not "good" per se, but it's delightfully over the top, camp and whacky. It grows on you. It's cheesy and weird and Jessica Lange is awesome in it. But it's not "good"

I don't mind camp and whacky. Is it camp and whacky in the Evil Dead sense though?

Sort of like the first half of it, where they actually thought they were making a scary horror film :) I love AHS because they are so earnest in trying to make something frightening and it just... wow.

It's got a gimp. A GIMP. Like guy in the latex sex suit gimp!! It reminds me of Wes Craven's "The People Under The Stairs"

I just loved ever moment of this season and all its silliness. But as far as scary? It's between Evil Dead and the original Hellraiser. It's got some ick factor, but it's SO over the top you'll be going "Ewwwww HAHAHAHAHAHA"

It's not super scary, more...scary with a huge tone of WEIRD. But in a good way? LOL It's so hard to describe. I would say it's definitely worth a watch. :)
