some questions that could help pinpoint what is going on
does he remember this incident? is this the first time he saw the little boy? did the little boy talk to him? what about the incident scared him (the fact that the boy was there, how he looked, something he said)?
I can think of two other possibilities besides those that other people mentioned. One is sleep paralysis, when a person experiences this (it is not harmful) they often will wake up feeling like they can't move (the feeling will go away) and part of their nightmare will seem to them to be real and occurring in their home.
If this isn't the first time he saw the little boy, and he sees him when he is awake it could also be dissociation, which is something that can happen when a person goes through a trauma, and can be a part of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. If you think that's a possibility I can explain that further, if you want.
And if that had happened to me I also would have freaked out.
it would worry me a bit but if it were a bad spirit the cats wouldn't tolerate it. been through a few of the waking up screamings and such...mioght terrors are totally different been through those too. btw...add me back on the list :P
Thanks for the fun day today! looking forward to spending more time with you guys...I am impressed by your energy and fun attitude about things....thanks again!
