~July 30th I took my three children into the gym child care as I do about 5 days a week and signed them into the child care. Well, you know what was posted on facebook-do you think that warranted 'cyber bullying' and 'deamation of character" as they put it?

What I believe they are doing to you is what is known as a SLAPP suit. It stands for Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation, and it is a tool used by companies & organizations to intimidate their criticts into silence.

No, you were not engaged in 'cyber bullying' or 'defamation of character' (perhaps DEFINITION of character, but anyway...). You told those you know about a bad experience you had, and they wish to shut you up. What can you do about it? That depends on the laws of Pennsylvania and how much nerve you have. I know there are laws in California that make it easier to defend one's self against such tactics, but I don't know about your state.

I do not want to advise you to do anything that will get you into a big mess, but I am kind of wondering what this guy would do if you posted the email he sent along with the definition of a SLAPP suit.
