[It's a nice day outside, and Asch figure it be a good idea to go out and get some air. He only gets as far as the little pond they had out in the front yard of the house before sitting himself down, clutching his chest.]

...[he suddenly felt this sharp pain in his chest, and it became difficult to breath.]

[ Way to make the household dreck fret, Asch. For once in his short life Luke had been doing something productive that wasn't training with his sword. He'd been procuring fishy food, judging by the large bag that was in his arms until a moment ago. Before it hit the ground Luke had crossed all but the last few steps to Asch, grabbing him by the shoulder. ]

[He's good at that lol. He glances up at Luke when he felt a hand on his shoulder.]

[ Why do you all do this to him? The poor kid has enough issues, and he hasn't been to Akzeriuth yet! ]

...Nothing. I stood up too fast. [he forces himself to stand back up, but it's clear that it was a difficult task for him to do.]

Shut up. I'm going inside. [jerks himself from Luke's grip, stilling clutching his chest as he moves to the door]

Tell me what happened, Asch! [ Going to keep dogging him, though Luke manages to keep his hands to himself. ]

Nothing happened! Okay!? [pushes the door open] ...nothing recent anyway.

No it's not okay--! What d'ya mean, "nothing recent"?

It's just an old wound acting up all right? [he makes his way to his bedroom]

... [ Nods, his pace slowing down. ] Did you need a healer?

No, I don't. [sits down on the bed, contemplating about taking his coat and shirt off to investigate.]

[ For a moment he considers following Asch into the room but decides against it after his last scolding. Still hanging out in the hall though. ] 'kay.

...[as Luke is currently out in the hall, he take this opportunity to look. He takes his coat and shirt off. Clearly, Asch is too stubborn to have his injuries checked. There was this long gash across his chest where Van had struck him, long before he ever came here. The wound seems to have open up again. Being the idiot he can be sometimes, he decides to touch it. Worst plan ever as he makes a sound, falling on the bed and not helping the wound from not getting worst.]

[ The strangled cry from Asch jolts him from his thoughts and without any hesitation he busts through the doorway, coming close to tripping in the process. ]

Asch! [ You'll have to excuse him while he freaks out, Asch. ]
