So after waking up a little late this morning (7:42... yeah, that's late, shocked? me too!) I took care of the pups then took a little bit of a nap. Buuuuut (here's the impressive part) then I got up, fed the puppers, took them on a walk, went to my house, changed, picked up macy, went to the Y and WORKED OUT!!, went and ate a healthy lunch,
