One of my pets is ill due to a bee sting.  I got the medicine.  How do I give it to them?  I tried clicking on it, and she just puts it away.

Well, part of the problem might be that they aren't your pets, but your neighbors, and you need to have conversations with them in order to convince them to accept your gifts.

Or do you mean "pet" as in the little person you control? If that is the case you just need to wait. The bee sting will go away on its own. It only affects you cosmetically.
