Insole suggestions?

I have a cute pair of period shoes that Viscountess Stephanie made for me. The problem is my back KILLS after wearing them...does anyone have any suggestions for any thin insoles I could wear that might help give a bit more arch support? We went to Winter's End for just a few hours Saturday and I was so sore that night it was stupid!

I have had pretty good luck using the Dr. Scholls gel inserts. In fact, I should probably pick up another pair, now that you've got me thinking about them.
