I am currently reading Omnivores Dilemma and am feeling a bit overwhelmed. A return to the land is definitely overdue and would bring many welcome changes. I'm just not sure how to get there.

i refuse to read books on food because i know they will not have more than a very tiny effect on what and how i choose to eat, but i will still have all the knowledge so i will just end up feeling guilty.
