three more sleeps until adam's home! i can hardly contain myself.

so, on sunday night i ran 3k without stopping.
my first real run.
it's so much easier when you don't like... sprint.

then yesterday, i did 2k (i would have done more if i hadn't worn clothes that were too heavy).

my thighs are in so much pain!! i'm going again today, going to do 3k... oh god.

i owe some comment replies but i'm just quickly logged on at the library to tell you all that........

i have made a major breakthrough on my history assignment and now have an outline to work from. yes!!
