It seems we have several vacancies in our cabins recently, therefore we're giving you remaining residents a limited time offer! If you wish, you may request to be relocated to a currently vacant room of your choice.

Just in case anyone's afraid of being all alone in a cabin by themselves. Simply let me know and I will take care of the arrangements.

Oh! Of course. We have a rare opportunity to bring extra supplies to the island. Things which cannot be found in our regular shops, although why you would need anything else just boggles me, but upper management requests me to inquire.
Again, if there is anything material you wish to request, please let me know as soon as possible so I can fill the order.

Notes: So, anyone who wants to move into a vacant room now has the ability to do. No, you can't boot someone out of their room, but if you see a vacant room on the list you'd like to have, leave a comment here in the following format: Joe Bob: Sigma B3

CHARACTER NAME: GROUP CABIN ROOM
Regarding the second part of the message, we're having an "Item Request" mini-event. Whatever items your character might need want that can't be purchased at the shops (weapons, ammunition, cigarettes, ect.), you may request it and the GM will try to get it for you. Respond ICLY and specifically and he'll let you know when/if the items arrive. But don't be greedy; there are weight limits and space constraints to consider, so don't request a Sherman Tank or a few hundred rounds of magic bullets, please.
If you have questions about what to request, leave the GM a comment and he'll see if it's acceptable/available to acquire. He does aim to please, after all. Both of these events are voluntary, so if you wish to participate, great! If not, your loss. :D
