Anko has very few qualms about giving out her cellphone number. It's the best way to get in touch with her, as her apartment line has been disconnected for over a year and she never bothers to check in at the station long enough to get the messages off her work line. She picks up whenever she's not busy, although timing can depend on which side of her life is calling her and who she happens to be standing next to at the time.
