Guess who has an infected tooth and looks a bit like Quasimodo on one half of her face? Yes, that would be me. I've been through this twice already, the first time was fine, the second time made me want to murder my dentist the surgery hurt so much (without a word of warning or a suggestion of a different course of action, I hate that damn dentist
