that's exactly what i was thinking about the bush and his impersonator thing. i wasn't impressed so much as i was mad because it seems like they are trying to boost his ratings by acknowledging the fact that he's an idiot rather than trying to fix the problems in his administration. i did like and laugh at what colbert did, but again, it seemed like they were just humorously pointing out the already obvious in an attempt to appease the public (rather than doing anything constructive about media corruption).

it's really sad that it takes a comedian to point out the government's flaws in front of the president. it should be our congress-men and women instead.

its true, the only people to ever stand up for us are comedians, and sometimes actors and actresses, where the hell is everyone? where the hell is our checks and balances system?
