I read The Road...it made me a bit sick and at the same time emmensly happy. I was just wondering if you got the same feelings from it?

I'm about 100 pages in so far. The sick part I've got down, happy... not so sure about. Depressed, though.

the few parts where father and son and being just that -even in such a desolate time- I suppose is what made me sort of glad to know the human spirit doesn't fade as easily as I'd assumed (how corny am I?) .
