More light effects. These work best in the layer modes: Screen, Color Dodge, Linear Dodge, Overlay, and Soft Light. They are star and fire work effects and I made them using pictures I took on Canada and others I just made on Photoshop CS. Download them using the fake cut and the instructions are in this post.
