Sudah sering, Bu. Gue udah bilang, kalo kita nggak cek kabar, bisa-bisa jatuhnya fitnah. Dan mencemarkan nama orang lain. Sebenarnya yang dia post terakhir sih bukan hoax, tapi dia pake nyelipin kalimat itu ("Emang apaan sih hoax?") tapi dengan nada bercanda. Kesal aja. Gue tau sih dia selalu nyasar gue sebagai moderator milis yang kadang sering mengingatkan member yang nge-post hal-hal yang nggak bener.

You could keep throwing snopes.com at them if it's hoaxes. But if it's becoming time consuming as a moderator, I would leave. If you seem to be the only one who cares about this, then that would tell you about the others you may feel like you are laving to be treated like dirt.

Yeah.... I guess you're right... I think it's not that some of the other members do not care about this (by that I mean the posts of bigotry), but some of them do not dare to raise their voice against something they don't feel like agreeing.
Well... thanks for the suggestion. I was just ready to leave the mailing list, you know. But I think I'll give it another try, because it seems like it's quieted down a little now.
