WHO: Chris and Jill
WHAT: Chris tracking down Jill.
WHEN: Early eveningish.
WHERE: Rich district.
As soon as Chris had heard Jill's voice over the network, he'd known that his next move would be to find her, no matter what. Even if, somehow, she'd been forced into obeying Wesker again, he didn't care. They'd taken care of it once and he would do it again - the fact that he'd had Sheva's help was a detail he preferred not to dwell on. And anyway, the priority now was getting to Jill and away from Wesker.
His worry for Jill and his rage at hearing that Wesker had somehow managed to cheat fate yet again kept Chris going as he travelled across the district. The place was eerily quiet, a result of the disappearance he'd been told about, he figured. It reminded him of a similar time when he and Sheva had walked through a village together, when the inhabitants had seemingly vanished, only to reappear to attack them. With this in mind, Chris still tried to be cautious. There was no telling what might happen and it was entirely possible that someone was hiding out. He had no intention of picking any fights but that didn't mean strangers would have the same idea.
Crossing from one district to the other was not as problematic as Chris had feared. Jumping the wall was easy enough and he noticed the difference fairly quickly. As he'd expected, the place generally seemed to be better kept; people here would have had a higher quality of living, as suggested by the 'rich district'. But that was beside the point. The current issue was tracking down Jill. She'd given him no indication as to an exact location... but he was nothing if not persistent. If she was here, he'd find her.
