News on the college front.
Well, I'm back from visiting Hamilton and Franklin&Marshall. Really, the more I see of it, the more I adore F&M.
On Monday I went to sit in on a Social Anthropology class just to see what it would be like. So much fun. I'm done with high school. No more, por favor. Anyways the girl I was sitting next to just randomly started up conversation with me. She was so nice and ended up asking if I had plans for the rest of the day and if not if I wanted to come eat lunch with her and her friends so I could get more of a feel for the school. I was really surprised, I wasn't expecting total strangers to be that nice and, well, interested in showing me around entirely of their own volition. So, 10 points to F&M!
Also, I do did not take notes during the class as I obviously would never be required to take a test, write a paper on, or in any way know the information. Really. I didn't. Oh, shut up. *facepalm.* My dorkiness reigns supreme.
In other college news, I got accepted to Brandeis! But, accepted for the spring semester, January 2006... not fall 2005 like I applied for. Bzuh? So, I'm unsure of my feelings on that.
Also, aim is somewhat working on my computer! I changed my SN to accio tiara and it seems to work better now. Why? I have no idea. Ah, you horrid mass of plastic and wires, how you love to screw with my mind. So, add me there, children.
eta: Well, I was too optimistic with that claim. Bah. aim is still not working.
