I had to re-create some parts, so some things won't look exactly the same. :)
01. Start working with the 2 images in separate canvases.
Use the smudge tool to get a clean background.
02. Duplicate the layer and set to screen. Do this to both images.
03. Stamp the layers (ctrl+alt+shift+e). Go to Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian blur, 7px. Set this layer to Soft Light. Do this to both images.
04. Make a new selective coloring layer to add a bit of pink:
Reds: +37, 0, -35, 0
Drag this layer over to the other image as well.
05. This layer is only on the Olivia (the woman) image.
To bring out the colors, add a Vibrance layer, with Vibrance +100.
Or a Hue/saturation layer with Saturation +25, if you don't have vibrance.
06. To add more contrast, add a new Brightness/contrast layer, with contrast +18. Do this to both images.
07. To add that green touch, make a new Curves layer with these settings:
RGB: output 193, input 179
Red: output 173, input 186
Green: output 191, input 177
Do this to both images.
08. This is only for the Peter image.
Add a new vibrance layer, with vibrance +100.
Or Hue/saturation, saturation +35
09. This is only for the Peter image.
To make the background more purple, add a new Color balance layer:
+19, -17, 0
10. On the Olivia canvas, stamp the layers and move the layer to the left. Then stamp the layers on the Peter canvas, and drag it over to the Olivia canvas.
And finished!

01. It needs to brightened up. Duplicate your base twice. Set both to Screen. Set the second duplicate to 66% opacity.
02. To get some glow, stamp the layers (ctrl+alt+shift+e), go to Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian blur 7px. Set the layer to Soft Light.
03. To boost the colors, add a new Vibrance layer with vibrance +94.
Or hue/saturation with saturation +28.
04. Too brighten it up, add a new Curves layer:
RGB: output 209, input 189
Red: output 184, input 187
05. Another Curves layer:
RGB: output 192, input 184
Red: output 184, input 191
06. To make her hair a bit more yellow/orange, make a new layer, pick the color #ecb220. Paint over her hair with a soft edge brush like this:
Set the layer to Soft Light 25% opacity.
07. One more Curves layer to add some redness:
Red: output 191, input 180
Green: output 195, input 190
Blue: output 198, input 194
08. Stamp the layers (ctrl+alt+shift+e). Go to Filter>>Sharpen>>Sharpen, then go to Edit>>Fade sharpen 30%. Set the layer to 70%.
And done!

01. To brighten it up, duplicate the base twice, set the first layer to Screen 100% and the second one to Screen 54%.
02. Now, to add more contrast, stamp the layers (ctrl+alt+shift+e), go to Filter>>Blur>>Gaussian blur 7px. Set the layer to Soft Light.
Repeat this entire step.
03. Now it's that purple tone we're going to add. Make a new color fill layer with color #6b6baa. Set the layer to Soft Light.
04. To brighten up and add some red, make a new curves layer with these settings:
RGB: output 202, input 173
Red: output 167, input 148
Green: output 209, input 214
Blue: output 186, input 196
05. To get the soft coloring, make a new Gradient map. Make a gradient with color #320f2a to the left and #ebe6ce to the right. Set the layer to 50% opacity.
06. To brighten up, make a new Curves layer:
RGB: output 179, input 169
Blue: output 201, input 204
07. A Brightness/contrast layer to add some light:
Brightness +8
08. Stamp the layers. Go to Filter>>Sharpen>>Sharpen, then go to Edit>>Fade sharpen 12%.
And done!
