Well for starters your applicant on a whole screams Hufflepuff to me. The following are the highlights of what made me think of Hufflepuff for you.
1. You say that you are determined, a leader, you need to succeed, loyal, reliable, trustworthy, but like to keep a low profile, and your not afraid to say you can't do something. Now some of that stuff yes can come off as a Gryffindor or Slytherin, but I think a Hufflepuff would be the one to know where there limits are but still be able to push for what they believe in.
2. Honesty and Loyalty= Hufflepuff enough said.
3. Your moral judgement for question 4 screamed Hufflepuff for.
Your hardworking attitude, your ability to stand up for what you believe in, and your ability to be true to your self tell me that you should be in Hufflepuff.
