My brain spins out of control and has left my body somewhere in it's dust, at least before this happened my teeth got cleaned.

So much going on I just have no idea about anything. Soybean broke her arm so bad and I just feel awful about it. She is such a good spirit that this just inhibits all that she is. In many instances I feel I, and others dwell to much on what should have happened and regurgitate things over and over again in my brain. Often I verbalize what I am thinking to Dizzy and he doesn't want to hear it, or he thinks I dwell, worry and obsess about these things a little too much. Empty and alone, is it depression or is it me. I just don't know. So many things are always happening in my life and I feel overwhelmed by them, unable to succeed to be the person that I am meant to be.
