I got the oil changed in my car about two weeks ago. Since then, the car's been...noisy. That's the only way I can describe it. This dull din tht makes it difficult to talk to passengers or listen to music

If you don't know how to react, "that's good/bad", "thank you" and "I'm sorry" cover a wide range of responses. Conversely, "I would've" or "you should've/could've" is a terrible response to anything unless asked for

Today Peter and I were going to go up to LARP. Because of his work schedule, the plan was to go up Saturday morning, play, sleep at a motel overnight in Fenelon Falls and play Sunday. We were both really excited about this because setting up the camping stuff usually sucks out a lot of our energy, especially hefting it on foot across the game field

Last night I threw up, and this morning was worse. I ended up cancelling my classes because by 11 AM I was still feeling terrible.
Spending most of the day in bed helped, though. I didn't do much - started some accounting on my taxes, a few phone calls, all very easy and minor things. And now I feel a lot better and ready to take on the day
Life without a credit card really controls my impulse shopping. But it also puts a real damper on maintaining my business, since I have licence renewals and examinations coming up.
