So life at the moment only gets more craptastic for me. In addition to the emotional drainage and fallout from the salary cut, I'm now physically unwell to boot. For the past two days I have been unable to really catch my breath (with a feeling of someone sitting on my upper chest) and the bottom of my throat has been tightening. I finally broke

Hey hon. I heard from Steph that you were having a few troubles. I may not be there everyday but *HUUUG* my thoughts are with you during this difficult time. I'm sure with your poise and talent, you will find something better:) Maybe ask Kev where he put in for jobs? The man went to a ton of different places before settling at DNB and might have a suggestion or two.
