Yeah, I've got a mam phys lab report due tomorrow. It's maybe a quarter done as of now. It's all a little too familiar. All that's really different is that I've traded in my Coke and Skittles for Powerade and Gobstoppers

this probably isn't going to help your cynicism at all, but do you also realize that you don't really do anything for your own pleasure either? you're in school since, say, eight years old until, say, 22 (more if you go for graduate studies) where you have to make your teachers and professors happy. and after you graduate, you get a job, only to make your boss happy. and all this while, you also have to make your parents happy. and if you're lucky, doing all this might make you happy, too!
