Inspections are peculiar

If you ever want to lose respect for a business, take a look at their internal inspection forms. The one for Subway is kinda odd. Most of it's straightforward and important stuff: foods kept at safe temperatures, surfaces kept clean and sanitary, etc. But the customer interaction stuff is kinda silly. It was like that at Baskin-Robbins, too, but without the timed response rules. Of course, I was the super-chipper server you hate.
