There's another site out there that allows you to truncate the sound file at a certain second mark, and/or start converting at a certain second mark, but I've forgotten exactly what it was called and exactly how I found it, and it also produced much crappier sound quality in its mp3s, so. I can still dig around for it, if you absolutely have to have an mp3 with the last bit cut off, but there is a trade-off in value.
