Man I meant to post this like. TWO WEEKS AGO go me. Anyway this is only relevant to all the ACen people so.

Total cost per person for all four nights is about $165 with nine people or $148 with ten. So basically about $40 per person per night. If you want to paypal me your share ahead of time let me know, and likewise if you prefer bringing cash to the con ALSO let me know (so that I know how much NOT to bring for myself). And if you want to pay early that's fine too; if you end up sending me more than we actually need I'll give you back the difference. :|b
Also related to this, if people are interested in each chipping in a little to a group fund for food THINGS we can totally do a shopping run. Or, well, a bigger shopping run. Keep in mind that the suite is supposed to have both a fridge AND a microwave, so we can definitely have some decent stuff!
Anyway OTHER THINGS please PLEASE leave me a comment of some sort if you have anything to add to these!

Also this only applies to half of us, but the group heading down from the cities together (and getting picked up on the way)! It looks like vicemage is probably going to be able to borrow a van for us to use, so while we're up to five people going, it should be no problem fitting everyone in. :|b For departure time/place, uhh... I dunno, I'm tempted to suggest leaving from my place because it'd be possible to go pick people who need rides up and let 'em stay overnight here, but... well whatever works. I'd think aiming to be leaving no later than 10 is a good time, though, so that means having all your stuff ready to be packed into the car by about 9:30 to account for time to tetris any awkward pieces.
....also tyrjiora you'll have to remind me where we're picking you up again because I totally forgot.
Aaand I'm sure I'm forgetting something but that's what the comments are for. Really guys comment if I've missed anything. ;_;
IMPORTANT ETA okay so we already have Sabra and CFUD people in the room and a couple of my offline friends but WOULD PEOPLE BE OKAY with me, say, possibly inviting people from Amat to come hang out too if there's anyone interested from there? I have no idea if there will be but since there's probably a couple local CFUDers coming to hang out too I figured hey why not add to the RP nerd madness...
