I see something stripey near the top of the third photo. Is that it?

These are gorgeous, Ace! I love the first one especially. Do you know what any of these plants are called?

The first two are of an agave, I think. It's an agave or an aloe. The stalks coming up out of the first picture end in those orange flowers.

The second two plants I don't know. I initially took pictures because I'd like to show them to my garden center and find out, but the pictures somehow turned out rather arty and less than useful for botanical ID.

Like rusty says, third picture from the top, look top and center. Stripey bee booty! I was trying to take a picture of the bees on the flowers, but they really move around.
