My little oasis
Two more garden pictures:
This is in the backyard, under the shade of our mesquite tree. An asparagus fern (brought back from the edge of death by the miracle of repotting and fertilizing), a monstera from Target that I need to repot, and our red ornamental plum tree in the background.
This is a lily I bought last year - that never did much. It died back last summer but there was some ground cover in the pot I kept watering all winter. The lily now has three or four blooms, and you can see the interesting clear spots on the leaves.
