All last night we were saying, "I think I just heard a CAR turning around!" in aggrieved tones. It's a marked contrast from our place in SD where you would never be able to hear a single car above all the other ambient noise.
I saw your post about the Passover toys. My ex-boss's partner got me a set of plague-themed finger puppets after he found out that I went to crazy-ass, fundamentalist Christian school for six years. I should really try and find those. I never really looked at them because I loathed my boss so much by that point that I just threw them in a closet and closed the door.
I missed your Mar. 31st post, so I was like, "Hold the phone. They're not in San Diego any more?" I thought the post about Alarm Clock Zebedee was just an out-of-the-blue, drive-by posting and you'd disappear for months again.
Holy crap. Did I just perfect the passive-aggressive guilt trip thing I learned at my mother's knee?
Anyway, yay for the new house! I hope that you and James are well and that the cats settle in to their new digs. Dinah seems to love our townhome (purchased last summer), though it's possible that she just likes the stairs. For a fifteen year old cat, she sure can get some momentum when running up and down those stairs at 5:00 on a Saturday morning.

And since you asked, my life is it's usual up and downs. Everyone is healthy here, so I can't ask for more than that I think.

Latch has discovered the stairs to the basement. She knows that there is Something We Are Hiding From Her down there and is not pleased.
I will try and keep posting. I've had a very eventful last couple of years but I hope things are on the upswing now.
