You honor me with your kind words, Mayor. I have no complaints about the GDF - the conditions are good and other pilots are cooperative. Their teamwork is most admirable.

May I ask a question? Mayor Millia, you seem familiar with the man named Nekki Basara. What do you know about him?

He's a musician, first of all. His music's gotten fairly popular here, and he thinks he's a very good pilot, although he has almost no real combat experience. He seems to think he's a more proactive Lynn Minmei, although his music only seems to be a distraction to the enemy. He and his band have been somewhat useful to me, at least.

He's also about the rudest person I've ever met.

Not to mention we only located you due to an experimental sensor that could pick up Fire Bomber's music.

No, according to Chiba, Fire Bomber's music create some form of song energy. The mechanics behind it is still sketchy to me.
