Lately, my days off have consisted of watching I Love Lucy re-runs and drooling over Lucille Ball's high-waisted genie pants. It feels nice knowing that my last day of freedom did not go to waste. John T and I went to Coney Island forgetting that Labor Day marks the end of Astroland until next year. Not wanting to leave, we laid on the beach and ate peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches that I brought and John bought me the most delicious french fries I have had in my life. ( Read more... ) -

It isn't fair. It is unreal. Yesterday morning Sean's dad passed away in his sleep, and I can't even begin to explain how angry I am at God and the world right now. His family is one of the most kind-hearted group of people I have ever met, and I can't imagine what kind of wicked God would do such a thing.

Early last month I lost one of the most important people in my life, Sean O'Neill. Just when I thought a smile would be endangered in my life, two of my other equally cherished pals announced their engagement. Raina TInker and Michael Turzanski, I couldn't be more proud and excited for you two.
