that's a tad harsh, don't you think? so "this arrogant friend" of yours is arrogant a lot, and he surrounds himself with people who you either don't like or who you see as golfing replacements for you. who cares? he's still who he is. it is entirely possible that he's making a calculated effort to exclude you and everyopne else from his world, but on the other hand someone once told me that "the best thing to do is whatever makes yourself happy." so i think that if this whole venting out at what "this arrogant friend" (who is by the way, though i am trying to defend him, nonetheless arrogant) did makes you happy, then more power to you. i just want you to know that it makes me happy when the least amount of friction occurs between two people i happen to consider very good friends. and on that note, sorry for cancelling on tomorrow's golf, but work calls, and as much fun as struggling through the Valley Golf Course is, I'd much rather make some money. i'll see ya tomorrow.
