1. Beer Pong involves throwing a ping pong ball across a table towards a pyramid shaped set of cups with beer in them. Wheneven the ball goes into one of the cups, the person whose cup it is has to drink it, then toss the cup away. First person with no cups left loses, and has to drink all the winner's remaining cups.
2. No because at least then there is no uncertainty...
