Come now, there doesn't seem much harm in such a restaurant, even if it does possess questionable "authenticity". There's room enough in this city for two themed saloons.

Kate is a shrewd businesswoman; I'm sure she'll find a solution to this dilemma soon enough.

Don't overreact; I was introduced to the place by a former client of ours. She was a... rather particular individual. It was her preferred location for a meeting... and she covered the bill each time.

And-- the service is quite exemplary, you know. Some of the servers are truly very skilled conversationalists.
