According to you I'm stupid, I'm useless
I can't do anything right
“Yah! Kevin! What’s wrong with you?”
“I’m sorry hyung! It was an accident.”
Kibum sighed heavily. “You can be such a pain sometimes. Do you know that?”
“I didn’t mean to…” Kevin looked down at the shattered glass. He really hadn’t meant to bump into Kibum. Sometimes he’s just clumsy. Is that really such a bad thing? Kibum sure made it seem that way.
According to you I'm difficult, hard to please

“What do you think?” Kibum smiled at his dongsaeng. “It’s nice, isn’t it?”
Kevin looked around the small restaurant. It was nice, but not what he had in mind. He had thought Kibum would take him someplace better. Kevin turned his attention back to Kibum who was looking at his expectantly. He nodded and smiled.
“You don’t like it.” Kibum said. It wasn’t a question, but a statement. He could tell that Kevin was not impressed.
“No, hyung! I really do-” Kevin stopped talking when Kibum crossed his arms across his chest, clearly annoyed. This is exactly what Kevin was trying to avoid.
“You’re so impossible.” Kibum huffed.

“Come on, let’s go do something.”
“Not right now hyung. I’m so tired.”
“Seriously Kevin? You’ve barely done anything today.”
“This week has been really stressful. Can’t we just stay in today?” Kevin pouted. He hoped he’d convince Kibum to just stay home and relax with him.
“It’s such a nice day outside though! Don’t be a killjoy.”
“I don’t want to go out!” Kevin said a bit more harshly.
“Alright, jeez. You’re such a drama queen.” And with that said Kibum turned and walked away to his own room.

Eli looked across the practice room at Kevin. He loved to watch him dance. He was so graceful, long limbs moving in a fluid manner. Whenever Eli could he’d sneak small glances. In the practice room, on stage, even in the dorm when Kevin was just goofing off.
Eli found himself thinking about Kevin more too. Sometimes he thought about how he’s a little jealous of the younger boy. Kevin was clearly meant to be an idol with his angelic voice and cute face. Other times Eli thought about their relationship. They were so close and Eli was so thankful to have Kevin in U-Kiss with him. He made it easier for him. Pretty soon Eli was making excuses to himself to explain away the amount of time the younger occupied his thoughts.
Eli didn’t mind these thoughts too much though. Because to be perfectly honest, Eli thought Kevin was beautiful.

Eli laughed as Kevin fumbled his Korean. He laughed harder than any of the other members. He might have laughed a little too hard. It wasn’t his fault. Kevin was just too cute.
Kevin offered Eli a sweet smile and Eli took a mental picture of it and tucked it away in his mind. He wanted to always remember that smile.
Eli was spending more and more time around Kevin too. He couldn’t be away from him for long. He wanted to be within his presence, surrounded by his warm aura. It was enticing.
One day it dawned on Eli that he didn’t need all this to be happy. He didn’t need the fame or popularity or the money. He only needed Kevin. Kevin was what he had been searching for his whole life. That very same day, Eli confessed. To his sheer delight, Kevin smiled that same sweet smile before whispering the words Eli had been unaware he was dying to hear.
