The left sleeve is limp, tied at about the elbow. Ginryuu, his longsword with the dragonhead hilt, is, of course, at his side. Hopefully she's home since he's stopping by. :|]

[Maya's used to opening the door despite it being Phoenix's apartment (she was the one who invited people most, after all). Although she's mainly been burying herself in work lately and being very quiet, she still finds herself trotting to answer the knock. Her hair's down instead of in the topknot and she's looking pretty worn-down]

[She opens the door and looks out a little uncertainly]

[Kurogane's level of patience varies depending on what he has to deal with; thankfully, right now he has his normal blank expression on, with a hint of curiosity instead of a scowl. He blinks and looks down when the short girl opens the door.]

I'm Kurogane, [his baritone introduces helpfully. He isn't one to waste words and prefers to get straight to the point.]
