"But as they came nearer up to Aslan one or the other of two things happened to each of them. They all looked staight in his face, I dont think they had any choice about that. And when some looked, the expression of their faces changed terribly-it was fear and hatred: except that, on the faces of Talking Beasts, the fear and hatred lasted only for a fraction of a second. You could see that they suddenly ceased to be Talking Beasts. They were just ordinary animals. And all the creatures who looked at Aslan in that way swerved to their right, his left, and disapeared into his hudge black shadow, which (as you have hearrd) streamed away to the left of the door way. The children never saw them again. I don't know what became of them. But the others looked in the face of Aslan and loved him, though some of them werre very frightened at the same time. And all these came in at the Door, in on Aslan's right..."
I have read the book, attained the mindset...and loved it...
My turn... Last Battle...C.S Lewis "'The term is over: the holidays have begun. The dream is ended: this is the morning.' And as He spoke He no longer looked to them like a lion; but the things that began to happen after that were so great and beautiful that I cannot write them. And for us this is the end of all the stories, and we can most truly say that they all lived happily everafter. But for them it was only the beginning of the real story. All their life in this world and all their adventures in Narnia had only beent eh cover and the title page: no at last they were beginning Chapter One of the Great Story which no one on earth has read: which goes on for ever: in which every chapter is better than the one before."

And they went through winding valley after winding valley and up the steep sides of hills and, fasterr than ever, down the other side, following the river and sometimes crossing it and skimming across mountain lakes as if they were living speedboats, till at last at the frar end of one long lake which looked as blue and turquoise, they saw a smooth green hill."

But stars in that world are not the great flaming globes they are in ours. They are people (Edmund and Lucy had once met one). So now they found showers of glittering people, all with long hair like burning silver and spears like white-hot metal, rushing down to them out of the black air, swifter than falling stones. They made hissing noise as they landed and burnt the grass. And all these stars glided past them and stood somewhere behind, a little to the right."
