A generation that didn't agree

I don't want to talk about where I was ten years ago today. Or what I was doing. The story I have isn't particularly dramatic, nor is it particularly interesting or moving or embarrassing or anything else. You want a nice human-interests piece, go read the New York Times- it seems to be the only thing they can talk about this week.

I do want to talk about what I thought that day. )

The sounds that you may have heard on Saturday night in Portland would probably have been the sound of my teeth grinding when I was at a bar at glanced at the television and noted 'Never Forget' on a set of NFL football paraphernalia.

I'm with you on your statement Hollie. I've always been the one to ask 'why did it happen in the first place?' I knew the answer... 'we won't stop screwing with other countries.'

On a lighter note: hope all is well and that Portland is rocking as always!!

Cheers!
