I am having a hell of a time getting to bed at any decent hour. Tonight I will be doing ok with a 1:15am sleep I suppose. Better than usual by far, trust me

sucks about the jessica thing.  breakups are rarely fun.  it seems to make sense that sleep is especially difficult after one.  keep at it, tho.  taking care of yourself is important.
