I was wondering why so many images on the Internet show "Tooltips" (those pop-up captions that show up when you hold your mouse cursor over an image) in MS Internet Explorer but not in Netscape 6 (or 7). I found a Netscape DevEdge Web page that explains it (a bit technical, though not for several of my readers (Web designers know who they are

But, but... my ex-girlfriend did it for me. And she liked it. And she showed me.

so, does this oatmeal honey stuff work? It's hard to measure your smoothness underneath the goop-factor. I mean, I know people who put mayonnaise in their hair, and that seems just kinda yuck.

Without any kind of scientific backing, I think so. I had a smoother face afterward. I am not sure why the oatmeal was needed, maybe to keep the honey from coming off the face? Or maybe there's a chemical reaction somewhere.

I would much rather eat honey-oatmeal off my face than mayo off my hair.. but that's just me.
