Friends and dreams .....scary stuff

I am a dreamer. I dream a bit differently from everyone else I guess , seeing my dreams seem sooo real sometimes. I can smell , taste, touch and feel. I had a disturbing nightmare and I thought I would share. I remember only being wheeled into an OR and then waking up. I noticed that there was a crash cart next to me, all the devices and such
