First of all - *MUAH* Second of all - details. She was thrown off her horse and she fractured her T-12 vertebrae, which is right at the bottom of your rib cage. It hurts like the blazes and they're going to have to do some sort of surgery, even if it's just to go in and stabilize it to let it heal on it's own.
THE GOOD NEWS is that there was no damage to her spinal cord. She has full feeling and motor control, it's just the bone that was damaged. God really watched out for her.

I hadn't heard a whole bunch, just what my mom had heard about it before she headed up to Pensacola.
I'm glad she's doing ok.
And it's certainly a blessing not to have messed up her spinal cord.
