So it goes...
It's 10 days later than my last journal post. I have no idea where the time went. I do believe I slept at least half of it away, night and day. I'm happy to say that every day I feel better than the day before. I've been eating well, thanks to Chef Tim and sleeping well. I've cooked several meals myself and I've managed to walk a couple of miles or more a day for the last week. The weather has been nice and warm for the most part. When the weather is bad I just walk a big circle through the kitchen and living room. Who cares? Walking is walking, no matter where you do it.
Tomorrow I go to the family doctor for a post surgical checkup. Up until today I have been wearing the arm sling on my Pacemaker arm. How awkward it's been to try to do things single-handedly. Tim stepped up a number of times to help. That man deserves a medal.
Today I left the arm sling off for a while, just to see what it felt like. Wow, I almost feel normal with it gone.
Hopefully the family doctor will say I can leave that sling off for good. We shall see.
