Part of my job is to watch the cable news networks for any natural or unnatural disasters.
Some-what of a surprise is the lack of coverage on Haiti. Food riots have killed one UN peacekeeper... so far.
Americans complain about rising gas prices, but tend to forget about food shortages. Weird.
