Before I answer this I will need some more information..

How dirty is the toe? What sort of 'dirt' is it?

Would I have to suck on the bottom part of the nose where the snot comes out, or could I suck on the top of it which would be relatively clean?

The other two options I'm not even going to consider.

It's dirt from an elephant farm...with elephant dung in it. There may also be some fungus mixed in from underneath the toenail (which is yellow, brittle, and all chipped).

Snot would be smeared all over the nose, so it doesn't matter what part you suck. There may also be nose blood mixed in.
