It's been a while since I have posted anything long and meaningful. School has been hectic and a lot of things have been on my mind. Namely my own inner thoughts and what I should or shouldn't be doing with myself at the point about certain things. 1) Keep yourself occupied. There is much to be said about keeping yourself busy; it gives you a different set of goals that eventually become priorities that supersede your current worries.

2) Creative visualization is a good idea, and so is meditation. With a busy brain (I have one too so I know how it works >.>) this might be hard work for you, but refer back to number 1: if it's keeping you busy, it's keeping your mind off thing.

3) Don't be afraid to talk about your worries. It took me a long time and a lot of guts to begin to tell people about things that had happened to me, but eventually I just bit the bullet and went for it, and honestly I think I'm alive because of it. And once it's out there, it becomes easier to analyze and view objectively, especially when you have another person's sympathy or opinion.

4) If all else fails, therapy.

Thanks Luna! I appreciate you coming in and checking on me like this. And your suggestions are definitely helping. I've been keeping myself busy lately and I daresay I am super proud of the fruits of my labor.
