iv never been into the whole ICE thing...i only did it a couple times...i never got hooked thank god. But i know its def. not good for you...iv seen a change in alot of people doing it...they act like its their life and put everything else thats more important on hold just to get a hold of some ice. But im happy to see you know this and you thought pretty hard bout it. I have all faith that you can stop doing it. I know i havent been a good friend at all, but if you ever need to talk...ill listen...iv always been a good listener.
